Growing up in New York City it was tough not to eat a lot of bagels. This is a staple in the food intake of lots of people from the North East . As soon as I found myself in high school, I strolled in to a bakery and I landed my first job. I worked at the bakery for quite a while, so I learned a lot with regards to the bakery business. Should this happen to you just place them in freezer bags. When you want to eat one all you must do is microwave it for a couple of seconds, just so it is soft enough to cut. Immediately after that toast it up, and you have a great tasting product right from the freezer.
Bagel stores continue to grow through the entire country, and are becoming more popular everywhere you look. They are rising in popularity because they’re first off, delicious. Bagels are also extremely versatile. They’re great for your morning meal, and are perfect for eating on the run .
