It’s amazing what fitness companies will tell you to do in order to lose weight. The industry is lost and pulled different ways every week it seems. There’s always a new product that comes along that will fix all of your weight loss problems by swallowing with water! It’s all a scam and I’m here to help everyone out.
If you want to see results as soon as possible, you’re going to have to put in a lot of work and will power. You just have to weigh the options and see what’s more important, health or the illusion of happiness. I’m talking about hard work, dedication, and a calorie mindful approach to losing weight.
You can’t attempt to lose weight without fully understand what a calorie is inside and out. Back when used to have to hunt for food, our bodies had to go into survival mode when food was scarce. When food was plenty, we stored the extra calories we didn’t need as fat. When food was short again, our bodies would burn the fat so that we would have the energy we needed to hunt again.
A huge reason why losing weight is so much harder than it used to be is because of how readily available food is to us. Our bodies never have to live off the fat that it’s stored because we’re consistently able to eat. Does this mean we should stop eating? Absolutely not! We just need to burn off these extra calories that our bodies have saved for later.
The only way to even the odds with how much calories our bodies consume is by exercising. This will cause our bodies to go into “survival mode” and eat up those excess calories(fat). All while consuming as many calories as our bodies need to live.
Our lives are very busy, so don’t worry about the types of exercises that you do so long as you just make sure to do it. By being active your body will notice that it needs to burn those extra calories to keep you moving. You can actually increase your metabolism by limiting the amounts of breaks you take and maximizing your reps.
It’s time to say good-bye to the struggle of weight loss and say hello to a healthier, slimmer future! Some people online are asking “is it healthy to lose a pound a day?” The answer may shock you!
