Yesterday evening CRAVE Catering was employed to cater an event for Children’s Cancer Research Fund ,”Date for Life” at Aria at The Jeune Lune , located downtown Minneapolis. CRAVE Catering is a Minneapolis Catering a company whose origins come from CRAVE Restaurant. It’s provides full-service catering for event planners, companies and individuals planning special events ranging from large-scale galas, marriages to smaller more intimate in-home dinner parties and everything in between.
The event hosted yesterday evening was just fantastic. It is a great turnout for the Children’s Cancer Research Fund and the bunch was so involved! Aria at The Jeune Lune hosts catered events in Minneapolis quite often and they actually are a great venue when picking a place to host an event. It looked extraordinary and CRAVE Catering was a success with a spectacular menu including Asian Noodle Salads served in the Asian To Go Boxes that you see in the picture. We also served Teriyaki Beef Skewers, CRAVE Fondue, Coconut Chicken Satays, Tasty Baklava, and our Home made Meatballs! Our puddings were hand manufactured by our Pastry Cook Sara Langeslag, and everybody loved them.
In addition to our food we also provided full service bars with specialty drinks for the event itself. The drinks were created by CCRF and went with the theme of the night. An example of the drinks they creatively created was:Head over Heels. This drink is composed of Vodka, Peach Schnapps, Chambord and Orange Juice. Guests loved it! We are expecting to add CCRF to our Catering Testimonials page on the CRAVE Catering web site soon.
