Fat free food seems to have become a phenomenon. Wherever you go signs yell “fat free” as if to indicate that the food you are likely to eat is much healthier and less fattening. A number of us believe that fat free food is essentially not fattening by any means. A sad consequence of the “fat free” phenomenon is individuals putting that excess weight without realizing exactly why. The Word Fat has many definitions.
