How The P90X Schedule Works

The P90X schedule is part of an exercise program developed by Tony Horton, the aim of which is to get an individual into great shape within the space of ninety days. The program includes twelve DVDs which contain intense exercises designed in such a way to target and work on specific areas of the body at certain points. By following the plan and coupling this with good eating habits, an individual can have – or be well on their way to having – a brand new body within thirteen weeks. Continue reading
