A simple fact is that you will lose weight if you exercise regularly. When you get the practice down that you need this turns out to be an easy target to hit. Yet it’s very hard for some. Changes to your lifestyle take time. Eating a baby Ruth bar isn’t gonna derail you. Eating it every day will though. You won’t derail your progress from a bar once in a while.
